Lots and lots and lots of water. Obviously sleeping stuff and your stick. Sports bras, tshirts, shorts, socks, and extra in case it rains. Tons of sunscreen and bug spray, a mouth guard, and I was always told to bring a sport watch to see how long we could complete drills. We never used them, but I always brought one. Usually camps send out lists too but basically bring water, sunscreen, and bug spray. Oh, and a trash bag to keep wet stuff in/ cover your gear if it starts raining. Always important, even during the season. Have fun!

If you’re physically fit and ready for a butt kicking then you should be fine! Field hockey is an amazing sport, so I say go for it!
